General Terms

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account with 454bd, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.

KYC Verification Process

Betting & Gaming Rules

454bd Terms and Conditions for Betting and Gaming:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 454bd initiates the cancellation.
• If a game or bet is incorrectly processed due to a technical error, 454bd reserves the right to void or correct it.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, the outcome at the time of disconnection will be considered final.
• RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available in the game lobby.

Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates 454bd's Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false identities.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Betting on behalf of third parties or operating a professional syndicate.
• Using software bots or automated systems to play games.
• Abusing or threatening 454bd staff in any way.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.

Account Closure and Suspension

454bd may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated.
• Submitting false information or fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

If a member requests account closure, any remaining balance (provided wagering requirements have been met) will be refunded. If the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

454bd shall not be held liable for the following:

• Any game or betting losses resulting from an internet disconnection.
• Technical issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your device or account.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.).

That said, 454bd always strives to resolve any issue promptly and provide fair compensation to its members.

• 454bd never sells your information to third parties.
• Your information is never shared outside the relevant authorities except where required by law.

Terms & Conditions Updates

454bd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the Platform along with the effective date of the updated Terms.

• For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered mobile number or email.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure.
